Welded requirements:
1 We used CO2 welding and submerged arc auto welding or other methods.
2 Welded seam shall be full penetration and grinded.
3 The welded product has no fissure, scar, overlap, layer or other defects.
Quality system: ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001-2007, GB/T19001-2008-ISO 9001, GB/T 24001-2004-ISO, GB/T28001-2001
Standards: GB/T2694-2010 or international

Package: wrapped with felt cloth or rubber mat and fix them by iron wire in case of collision or bump

*Annual production capacity of 15000 tons of hot-dip galvanizing line and one Automatic centrifugal bolt galvanizing line.
