We have equipment such as CNC plasma flame cutting machine, large CNC bending machine, auto stitching machine, inner and outer auto welding machine, finishing and round adjusting machine, straightening machine and so on, well-equipped, huge scale, which greatly improved our production efficiency. In the same time, we had introduced lots of inspection equipment, such as digital ultrasonic flaw detector, X-ray flaw detector, impact testing machine etc., laid solid foundation for company to complete projects with quality and quantity guaranteed.
Available specifications for steel pipes include: pipes made of various materials with a length of 12,300mm, diameter of 406 to 2,600mm, and wall thickness of 100mm below.
The welding seam adopts multi-wire double side automatic submerged arc welding, which ensures the production efficiency, quality of welding seams and the quality of steel pipe molding.
Our equipment has the advantages of producing LSAW with long length, thick wall and large diameter, and then can effectively reduce the presence of circular welding seams in structural steel pipes.
